A Quality Assurance Project Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for a leading company based in the West of Ireland . THE ROLE: * Ensuring changes to manufacturing operations, the introduction of new products are adequately controlled and in compliance with specifications and quality standards. * Ensuring all validation testing is executed and documented according to standard operating procedures and in compliance with the applicable regulations. * Providing QA input into the preparation, execution, and final approval of protocols for facility, process, equipment and software validations. * Leading and participating on re-validation and process improvement initiatives. * Identification and implementation of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of problems. * Support product and process improvement initiatives. * Required to perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Science / Engineering or related fields essential. * Minimum of 2- 5yrs industry experience in a medical device-manufacturing environment. * Clear understanding medical device quality systems and requirements. * Strong CAPA experience. * Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong working knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 Quality systems for Medical device company's desirable.
