ExperiencedOperations Manager required at busy GastroPub and Restaurant in Connemara, this is a fulltime role in a well know property which enjoys excellent reputation and trades well all year round, peaking in Summer months. You will be responsible for day-to-day Operations in the property covering all areas including managing Front of House, Food and Beverage service, standards, guest relations, training, daily procedures, supervision of the team and management of business affairs including, Sales, Finance, HR, etc. All employees will report directly to you. Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a similar role. You mush be prepared to be "hands on" running the business.
