ABOUT THE ROLE: The role of Sales Person is to maximise sales and profit by meeting the needs of the customer. A successful salesperson has excellent product knowledge, provides outstanding customer service, creates a great shopping experience for the customer, and is above all else dedicated to the craft of selling. RESPONSIBILITIES: To maximise sales and profitability by achieving outstanding sales results. Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and categories you sell. Actively approach customers who need assistance and advise them on the best solutions in order to sell more and generate great customer experiences. Understand your department’s action plans and support the goals and targets set out by your manager. Ensure your areas of responsibility are clean, interesting and vibrant, tidy, fully stocked and correctly priced. REQUIREMENTS: Leaving cert or equivalent is required. Must have experience working face to face with the public in a customer service role. You have a strong background in sales and a hunger to excel at sales with a proactive and dynamic sales approach. Motivated & Target Driven- You are highly motivated to perform, and strive for excellence. You are a strong communicator, and have excellent listening and interpersonal skills. You have strong industry or product knowledge for this product category. You show a commitment to excellence in product knowledge. Energetic, Self motivated & persistent. APPLY.
