CPl are seeking warehouse operatives for Sligo & Mayo region. Responsible for all production line related filling and packaging duties including relevant documentation completion. Responsibility: • Ensure all tasks are carried out according to procedures. • General use and application of packaging machines. • Assisting in machine set up and line changeovers. • Carrying out verification and calibration checks. • Obtaining and labelling product samples based on specific sampling techniques. • Carrying out labelling, palletisation and hand assembly tasks as required ensuring unit quantity and labels are correct and pallets are built according to specification. • Performing weight checks as required. • Carrying out troubleshooting and resetting routine machine faults to aid the achievement of targets and efficient running of lines. • Maintain excellent GMP and housekeeping standards. • Resolve issues arising during the filling and packaging run which may affect production. • Responsible for achievement of KPI’s and targets in line with value stream expectations. • Actively engage in the development and implementation of standard work within the area while continuing to adhere to current set standards. • Train personnel as required. • Perform any additional tasks as assigned. • A key role in supporting business objectives by ensuring that line targets, quality metrics and all other line related KPI are met. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Responsibilities. Experience. • Demonstrated use and understanding of IT systems. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience of working in a team environment. • Ability to convey information clearly and accurately. • Understanding of the relevant quality standards. • Appropriate level of technical skill and knowledge and/or experience. • Experience and knowledge of Pharmaceutical / GMP environment. • Must have the ability to work on your own initiative and support team members as required. • Must be able to identify issues as they arise and effectively and appropriately use the escalation process available.
