Key Duties/Responsibilities. Architecture. Provide technical input to the IT technology roadmap. Support the IOT strategy across Shop floor network, DMZ/industrial control systems firewall andenterprise Network. Define and document ourarchitecture and standards for infrastructure. Define, track and review metrics related to the implementation, performance, stability, and life-cycle management of IT infrastructure hardware and software. Guide internal and external service providers to review and improve technologies, processes and procedures related to the support ofIT infrastructure (office and plant. Coordinates with colleagues in other technical disciplines to ensure that the entire production landscape is optimally supported and managed from an IT infrastructure point of view. DefineData archiving approach, routines and technology aligned with company rules, to optimize production storage usage. Define CPS backup approach, routines and technology meeting company and business requirement. Partners, vendors, consumers and other third parties. Technology Life Cycle Management. Provides technical input in alignment with plantinto the yearly capital plan and works with the company procurement to prepare the IT Infrastructure budget. Manages the planning (including bill of material) of capital projects to complete the yearly capital plan in conjunction with the client services team members and procurement on time and in budget. Provides remote or on-site assistance to execute the projects when required. Projects are delivered through strong and disciplined project management methodologies. Identifies and manages technical and project related activities with external vendors. Provides technical requirements to procurement who work on the commercial aspects of the vendor relationship. Risk Management. Proactively work with business units and ecosystem partners to implement practices that meet agreed-on policies and standards for digital risk. Provides technical guidance when incidents or complex issues are escalated by the relevantclient services team members. Coordinates with colleagues in other technical disciplines to ensure that the entire production landscape is optimally supported and managed. Provide a standard Disaster Recovery Planning document by site to ensure there are clearly documented plans that meet Company requirements and that these are tested per the schedule. Training. The position will provide IOT training/ knowledge sharing to the IT team to develop their autonomy to manage LCM, business request and support of those technologies. Related Work Experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience within a multi-national environment supporting IOT company strategy, managing third-party vendors. Ability to understand the overall architecture of a solution. Solid working knowledge of the company and TCCC IT infrastructure and technologies is an advantage. Practical knowledge and skills of. IOT with strong data management, engineering and security knowledge. Storage infrastructure on Wintel/Linux platforms. SAN storage arrays (EMC, NetApp and others. Data and voice network technologies. DRP approach with above technologies. Backup technologies. Vendor management. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including customer / client communication skills. Proven ability to analyze infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, provide recommendations and follow up on their implementation. Strong global and cross-functional project management expertise with the ability to manage deliverables and action items with teams in different countries, with different cultures. Experienced in change management and operational excellence. Knowledge of business processes and Business Process Management desirable. Educational Requirements. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study (or equivalent project-related experience. Knowledge ofbusiness processes and Business Process Management desirable. Project Management Certification desirable. ITIL Foundation certification desirable. Operational Excellence Certification desirable. Cisco CCNP or CCIE / HP network certification desirable. IBM Certified Storage Specialist desirable. EMC proven Professional certification desirable. Fluency in English is required.
