Position: Engineering Stores Manager. Location: Munster. Salary Range: €65k DOE. A leading national distribution and supply solutions company have a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Stores Manager. The role requires the individual to understand Engineering products and have a strong technical background. The Engineering Stores Area Manager will be responsible for managing on site Engineering Stores Supervisors' across different manufacturing sites located primarily in Cork/Limerick/Galway/Dublin. The main purpose of the role is to manage/advise the on-site Engineering Stores Supervisors' in order to provide the required services to site users and to ensure that effective Storeroom practices are maintained at all times. The onsite Engineering Stores' Supervisors manage the incoming, existing and issuing of all component parts /engineering parts. You will oversee seven different, manufacturing sites and will work closely with Purchasing and Finance teams to insure a smooth process flow through purchase, receipt and issue of stock items. Ideally the candidate will possess the following traits: • Experience within an Engineering Stores Manager role. • Background in Engineering. • Technical knowledge and understanding of component parts is required. • Well Organised. • Team Player. • Experienced in financial affairs. • Good track record dealing with customers.
