Responsibilities: Performing laboratory induction with new employees joining the area. Performing technique training with new and existing members of the laboratory. Give presentations on training techniques or hot topics for the laboratory. Oversight of the site training program for the laboratory. Administrative responsibilities for the training software used by the company. Liaise with the site training group on topics relating to training in a GMP environment. Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: Highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative. Good communication skills. Enthusiastic and positive personality. Training experience in a GMP environment – within a Laboratory would be ideal but not essential, anyone with some training experience would be considered.
